Child's crochet Minions #Blanket #Afghan for #charity, updated





It took me a long time to get it done... :/ 
And now i don't know if am i happy...
This makes me a little sad actually because the purpose of that afghan is noble.
And i began this afghan with desire and soon i understand that i made a mistake with a single crochet - NEVER use only single crochet for entire afghan! This is absolutely unnecessary, the crochet is to much slow and your hand will start hurting you soon.

 I hope that the new owner will like that afghan and its money will be useful.

    ohhhh so adorable! if someone did not jump for joy to receive this blanket just smack them in the head and send this to me!! so in love!!!

    The single crochet may have been hard on your hands but it looks like it was worth it. The blanket looks awesome, and I'm sure it's new owner will love it.

    Oh that afghan is beautiful. I don't think single crochet is a mistake as it will be very warm. I do understand that single crochet is hard on the hands. Perhaps this could be adapted to Tunisian crochet.

      The single crochet stitch was not a mistake but more hard and slow work :)
      But Tunisian crochet is a very good choice for blanket. Now i make one trow with different Tunisian stitches for charity again.

    This is just great! The single crochet's are a pain, and I have practically given up on them in most cases, but it produced a nice, clean final project.

      The name of the dark blue yarn is Midnight Blue (Alize Cotton Gold Chart), my favorite too :)

      The big blueish color squares are Midnight blue? Or did you mean the darker color blue?
